    Harper R. Marshall is an associate at Devine, Millimet & Branch, Professional Association and is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions and Federal, State and Local Tax Practice Groups. Harper focuses his practice in counseling the firm's small and medium size business clients in a variety of corporate practice areas ranging from entity formation to transactional planning and negotiations and succession planning. Harper received his Bachelor Degree in Economics from Gordon College and his Juris Doctor from Vermont Law School. Harper is currently attending the Boston University School of Law Graduate Masters in Taxation Program (LLM) and is scheduled to finish this fall.close
